guilt-free guide: a food haul for wellness seekers and food lovers

If you didn’t know, we’re foodies. Our CBD is sold at some of the coolest grocers and convenience e-tailers alongside the most innovative food and beverage brands. It’s really hard for us to not buy all the snacks that our CBD is sitting on shelves with…so we show no self-control and buy them anyways! Guilt? Nah. So many snacks out there are focusing on health benefits or sustainability efforts, so guilty pleasure isn’t really a word in our vocab anymore. Here are six of our faves to stock your pantry (and belly!) with:

1. Poppi Soda

And this is the perfect example of guilt-free! Poppi is a soda on a mission. A mission to make people gut happy! All of their sodas are infused with apple cider vinegar…okay don’t make that face, you seriously cannot taste it, but you get all the health benefits that come along with it (kills harmful bacteria, lowers blood sugar levels, boosts skin health). Along with the ACV, each soda has prebiotics to support your gut health. What are prebiotics? A very friendly bacteria that help maintain a healthy digestive system and boost your immune system. Don’t take our word for it, try them for yourself.

2. Breeze’s Immunity Gummies

Gummies are not a food group (yet!) but breeze’s immunity gummies fit perfectly into this guide for wellness seekers and food lovers. Why? Well because the blood orange and ginger bliss flavor is a yummy way to start your day and of course the health benefits that come along with adding these gummies into your daily routine are a huge plus. Each gummy has 10mg of CBD to help you stay balanced through the day (not to mention other health benefits of cbd, such as decreasing inflammation, controlling pain, and reducing anxiety). The gummy also has vitamin c and zinc citrate to boost your immune system and provide you with a good source of antioxidants that maybe snacks alone cannot provide.

3. Banza Pasta

Let’s rethink pasta for a minute. If you’re looking for a food that’s high in protein and fiber, you don’t typically think pasta, but you could think Banza. Their chickpea pasta compared to average pasta has 1.5X more protein, 3X more fiber, and 25% fewer net carbs. And the use of chickpeas is better for you AND the planet. If that doesn’t scream guilt-free, I don’t know what does.

4. Truff’s Oil & Hot Sauces

There’s no limit to indulgence. Truff’s black truffle oil has entered the group chat. They use real black winter truffles to create a vegan and gluten-free finishing oil. Maybe you’re a foodie but not a cook. You can instantly elevate any dish with their truffle oil - fries, popcorn, pizza, pasta, potatoes…they’ll never be the same again.

5. Three Wishes Cereal

Three Wishes is changing the cereal game. There’s no wheat, no soy, no corn, no dairy, no rice, no oats, no peanuts. Wow, I’m out of breath. This vegan, gluten-free cereal has 8g of plant-based protein and 3g of sugar (which is 70% less than sugary cereals!). The secret ingredient? Chickpeas. Maybe we have a thing for chickpeas.

6. Counter Culture Coffee

A coffee you can feel good about having on your counter (pun intended). Counter Culture is committed to social and environmental sustainability. Each year they release a Transparency Report which brings to light in-depth information about their employee demographics, their carbon footprint, their impact assessment, supply chain, and more. Sip your coffee knowing exactly where it came from - from bean to mug.

okay, enough of us! go eat - the guilt-free way.
